Plagiarism and third-party works
- Do not copy, republish, or redistribute LifeSync materials without permission or a valid legal basis.
- Do not remove notices, author names, license terms, or attribution information from third-party materials.
- Do not submit or publish content as your own if it was created by another person or organization.
- Get permission or confirm a valid exception before using copyrighted images, icons, text, audio, video, or code.
- Do not upload or sync third-party content into whiteboards, mind maps, tasks, or notes unless you have the right to do so.
Fair use and exceptions
Some uses of copyrighted material may be permitted by fair use, public domain status, open licenses, or other exceptions. These determinations depend on facts and jurisdiction, so permission is recommended when the legal basis is unclear.
